Meet the Head Coach
Monica Salamanca is the owner and Head Coach of Longevity Health & Performance, which offers 1 on 1 fitness coaching both in-person and online. Monica is a dedicated and compassionate coach who is committed to helping individuals embark on transformative fitness journeys, while embracing a positive relationship with food and their bodies. With a deep understanding of the complexities of human experiences, Monica brings a unique blend of empathy, knowledge, and unwavering support to each coaching relationship.
Drawing from Monica's extensive background in exercise science and coaching over 150 people to bettering their health, she has developed a holistic approach that addresses not only the surface-level challenges but also delves into the underlying thought patterns and beliefs that may be holding individuals back from getting further in their health & fitness journey. Through her nurturing and non-judgmental style, Monica creates a safe and open space where clients feel empowered to explore their short and long-term fitness goals, confront obstacles practically, and learn to ditch the all-or-nothing thinking when it comes to getting in shape.
